Ingredients:
• For the Salmon:
o 2 salmon fillets (Finnish salmon works great)
o 1 tbsp olive oil or ghee
o ½ tsp turmeric
o ½ tsp cumin powder
o ½ tsp black pepper
o ½ tsp smoked paprika
o ½ tsp salt
o 1 tbsp lemon juice
• For the Cardamom-Dill Yogurt:
o ½ cup Greek yogurt or Finnish viili (fermented yogurt)
o 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
o ¼ tsp cardamom powder
o ½ tsp honey
o ½ tsp lemon zest
o Salt to taste
• For Serving:
o 1 cup boiled or roasted baby potatoes
o ½ cup sautéed spinach or kale

Instructions:
1. Marinate & Cook the Salmon:
o Pat the salmon dry and rub it with olive oil or ghee.
o Mix turmeric, cumin, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt. Sprinkle over the salmon.
o Drizzle with lemon juice and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
o Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and flaky.
2. Prepare the Cardamom-Dill Yogurt:
o In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or viili) with chopped dill, cardamom, honey, lemon zest, and salt. Stir well.
3. Assemble & Serve:
o Serve the spiced salmon with boiled or roasted baby potatoes and sautéed spinach.
o Drizzle the cardamom-dill yogurt on top or serve on the side.
