Instructions:
Step 1: Make the Hummus
1.    In a food processor or blender, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, and a pinch of salt.
2.    Blend until smooth, adding water gradually to achieve your desired consistency. Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice as needed.
3.    Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, smooth the top with a spoon, and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Tandoori Chickpeas
1.    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.    In a bowl, combine the chickpeas with tandoori masala, yogurt, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil. Mix well, ensuring the chickpeas are evenly coated with the spices.
3.    Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
Step 3: Assemble the Dish
1.    Once the tandoori chickpeas are ready, sprinkle them over the hummus.
2.    Garnish with fresh cilantro, pomegranate seeds (for a burst of sweetness), and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
